We are currently looking for experienced and pro active tutors to teach Health and Social Care on a full time and part time basis. You must have a teaching qualification which allows you to teach up to BTEC level 3 and be both flexible and motivated. It is desirable that you have previous experience of the delivery of Anatomy and Physiology. Ideally we are looking for people who can deliver lessons to a high standard and have excellent classroom management skills and mark to the required Edexcel standards.
The curriculum is designed to meet the individual needs of all learners, build on their existing strengths and improve their areas of development. We are looking for people who are going to be 100% dedicated to delivering the best levels of education to learners and be able to push the learners to gain higher levels of achievement. You will have a strong and friendly personality. We are looking to recruit in both our Birmingham City Centre location and our Watford Town Centre location. We are a leading National training provider and are looking to recruit full or part-time, qualified and highly experienced Assessors to add to our current UK wide team of professional Assessors. The right candidate must hold an A1, D32,
D33, TAQA qualification as well have having competency to deliver CYP. An IV qualification, experience of managing funded training and also apprenticeships would be advantageous, but is not essential.
Experience of assessing both UK and International learners on NVQ and QCF programmes up to Level 5 within the Health and Social Care Sector is essential. We are looking for applicants who have very strong IT skills, a full UK driving license and own car and are willing to travel. If you are successful you will be asked to apply for an enhanced CRB disclosure, the disclosure expense will be met by the employer.
You will be paid sector leading rates of £22,000 - £23,500 plus commission OTE up to £26,000 depending on experience, (including car allowance) plus additional mileage expenses. Commission is also payable based on
successful completions. Bonus and pension schemes are available, 28 days holiday plus an additional holiday for your birthday. We also offer a holiday purchase scheme. We will provide all appropriate support resources including a
laptop and mobile phone.
We are also looking to recruit experienced Short Course Trainer / Consultants in the fields of Care, Health & Safety and Food Hygiene.
Successful candidates must have or be working towards a recognised professional teaching qualification (QTLS, Cert Ed or equivalent) and be willing to travel if required. Evidence of enhanced disclosure will also be required.
