The aim of this session is to discuss the principles of care planning and the impact of good care plans on the quality of care delivered.

By the end of the session you will be able to;

Who is it for?

This course is for Residential and Domiciliary care workers including Carers, Supervisors, Trainers and Managers who are working with older people, vulnerable adults and service users living in their own home. It is also suitable for Residential or Domiciliary care workers undertaking the Skills For Care Common Induction Standards (CIS). Successful completion of this training will also provide you with direct knowledge evidence that can be used towards a QCF diploma.
