The Level 2 Adult Social Care Certificate is designed to provide learners with essential knowledge and
skills in areas such as delivering compassionate care, understanding the duty of care, promoting diversity and
inclusion, effective communication, safeguarding practices, and supporting the health and wellbeing of
individuals. This qualification not only enhances learners understanding of care principles but also helps
develop practical abilities necessary for excelling in care roles. Completing this course prepares learners to
deliver high-quality care and opens up opportunities for further growth in the health and social care sector.
Eligible employers can access funding under the Adult Social Care Workforce Data Set, which covers 60% reimbursement within three months of the qualification start date or by 21st March 2025 and 40% reimbursement within three months of course completion.
