Sylwia Latacz, Registered Manager at Accolade Support and Care, has always been passionate about supporting and upskilling her entire team. Recently, she took advantage of the new Care Certificate Level 2 qualification offered by Access Skills and the LDSS funding to enroll nine of her team members.
