Learner Workshops

If you’re feeling stuck at any point in your qualification, these Learner Workshops are here to guide you through every stage of your programme. You’ll receive a proper induction that helps you understand how your course works and exactly what’s expected in your units, assessments, and workplace observations.

If you’re just getting started and feeling unsure about where to begin, how to approach an assignment, or what your assessor will be looking for, these sessions walk you through everything step by step. You’ll also have access to learner drop-in sessions where you can bring your own questions, talk through challenges, and get direct tutor support whenever you need it.

These workshops are open to learners studying a Level 2–5 Diploma in Adult Care, CMI qualifications, CYP courses, or Rapid Induction training. By the end of your workshop session, you’ll know exactly what to do in your next unit, how to prepare for your workplace observation, what evidence to gather, and how to complete your assessments without second-guessing yourself.
