I recently applied for a lvl 5 diploma and the enrolment process was so easy and straight forward. The support from Pani throughout the process was absolutely amazing and all questions I had very answered super quickly. Im looking forward to starting the course in the next couple days.
Pani was extremely helpful and knowledgable even after all the phonecalls. It was a delight speaking to him. Looking forward to continuing our professional relationship.
I would like to thank all of the team at Access Skills for all of their encouragement and support through my learning with them. I cannot thank Karen Everitt and Katherine Oglesby enough. but the whole team where amazing. I never thought I would be able to do this Diploma and higher Apprenticeship as I hadn't done any formal learning for such a long time, but each time I said this to anyone they were there to support me and get me back on track. I have learnt so much and now am eager to carry on with my own development and also encourage my team to do the same, here I am now sat with my own thoughts that I achieved a distinction, hard work and commitment but also very enjoyable.
Really good guidance throughout the whole process, timeframes for completing tasks can be scary and seem unreal, but the team supports you in every way possible. The MOCK EPA was the difference between a pass and a fail for me.

I have not completed my level 5 in leadership and management yet, last two units, but what a experience. I've learnt so much the tutors have so much knowledge and experience the support and communication from the team has been fantastic. The KSB sessions they were engaging and the information shared has taught me how to be a better manager/coach/leader and also helped me in my personal life. I cant express how grateful I am for being given the opportunity to be supported to learn by Vicky and Debbie. Debbie has been my main point of contact through out and shes just amazing if your lucky enough to get her you will learn so much you will be supported enlightened she will change your thinking in such a positive way. ive also had the pleasure of doing my maths with sarb omg ive never been able to understand maths and I've tried so hard Sarb takes time to listen explain and ensure you understand what your doing this lady needs to be a educator to our children her way of teaching is out of this world she just makes things easy to understand, I'm flying through this something I never thought possible the amount of tutors and classes I've attended until now I've never got it.
Although I have been a manager for some time there are a lot of things which I did not know and only came to know through this course. Everything was useful. This is honestly the best support I have received to help me achieve. The assignments not only helped with my current employment but with also my future goals. Access skills has honestly been the best team of people I have come across in terms of educational support. No matter what circumstances I was going through they were there to support me, and I found this to be the most rewarding course I have ever done as it’s made me come out of it knowing I really can do anything I focus on.
My improved skill set and knowledge will enhance my performance and make me an engaging manager. I think the flow of the program was engaging and logical. I thoroughly enjoyed my training. I have improved my skills and knowledge set.
I have learned a lot from completing the course. It has increased my knowledge in areas such as supervisions and performance management. I found all of the course useful. I feel more advice could be given in the booklets for each task. More guidance on how to approach questions. You have been very supportive throughout COVID. My understanding of the sector and its requirements has greatly improved. The course is practical, l was able to implement some things as l progressed. Completing the course has given me confidence, knowledge and a support network. The course is well structured with good content.
Have gained lots of knowledge and how to source advice when needed. Learnt how to critically analyse more efficiently. Can't think of anything, everything was helpful. Particularly enjoyed the workshop/ book sessions, more of those from beginning would have been good. Thank you for all the support and help, especially during the pandemic.

Access Skills as an organisation have become the benchmark for us, the way you communicate, your emails, webinars, social media presence is excellent. We have used your example to develop our own communication. The team at Access Skills are supportive, with an understanding of the needs of learners in the care sector, especially during the Pandemic. We have been supported, offered training using different methods, such as zoom. We have been given extensions with support when the pressures from the Pandemic have become to high. The feedback given to us on every part of the course is outstanding, again encouraging us to progress.
