Who is it for?
The Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) develops managerial and care skills and allows individuals to demonstrate competence as a Residential Childcare manager.
What will you learn?
It allows learners to develop knowledge, understanding and skills related to the leadership and management of practitioners in Residential Childcare. Learners will have the opportunity to engage in learning that is relevant to them and which will provide opportunities to develop a range of skills and techniques, personal skills and attributes essential for successful performance in the role.
