Award and Certificate
You must be at least 16 years old. No formal qualifications are required, but a good standard of written English and an appropriate work setting to apply the learning are necessary.
Award: Approximately 50 TQT hours.
Certificate: Approximately 130 TQT hours
Upon completion, you can progress to roles such as team leader, supervisor, or junior manager. You’ll also be eligible for Foundation Chartered Manager (CMgr) and can pursue further CMI qualifications, such as the CMI Level 5
