Entry Requirements
If you have completed the NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care and CMI Level 3 qualification, the CMI level 5 qualification is the next ideal step to strengthen your operational and strategic leadership capability.
- Learner must be 18years or over
- Experience working in a supervisory or management position. We recommend at least two years of management experience within a care or support service.

This course is designed for practicing or aspiring mid-level managers, such as operations managers, divisional managers, regional manager, specialist manager, and departmental managers.
The course focuses on:

Award and Certificate
Award: Requires at least one unit, with a minimum of 40 Total Unit Time (TUT) hours.
Certificate: Requires a minimum of 130 TUT hours, covering at least two units.
You must be at least 19 years old and have an excellent command of written English, including the ability to conduct research and use referencing
Upon completion, you can pursue qualifications further up the chain like the CMI Level 7.
