Advanced Learner Loan: Available to individuals aged 19 and over, this loan helps cover course fees for approved health and care qualifications, including our Level 5 Diplomas. The loan is not income-dependent, does not require credit checks, and repayments only start once your income exceeds £27,295 per year.
Learning and Development Support Scheme (LDSS): Designed for employers in adult social care, this scheme supports the training of non-regulated care staff, including deputy and CQC-registered managers.
Eligible employers in England can claim reimbursement for training costs incurred between 1st April 2025 and 31st March 2026, making it easier to invest in staff development.
