“Moving into a supervisory role was daunting, especially managing staff who’d been in care longer than me. This course gave me the structure I needed to find my own leadership style.”
“I learned the hard way that being organised is half the battle in care. The diploma gave me tools for balancing paperwork, staff support, and resident needs without burning out.”
“What I liked most was how the course made me reflect. It wasn’t just about ticking boxes — it made me think about dignity, respect, and the way I set the tone for my team.”
“The real value of the course was in how much it encouraged reflection. It pushed me to look beyond tasks and really consider how dignity and respect shape the way I lead my team.”
