“I was new to care and didn’t know what to expect, but this course really helped me build confidence. The workplace observation was nerve-racking at first, but my assessor was supportive and made it feel like a learning opportunity instead of a test.”
“The best part for me was learning about safeguarding in real detail. I’d always been nervous about what to do if I spotted a concern, but now I feel prepared and sure of my responsibilities.”
“Balancing study with my part-time job wasn’t easy, but the flexible tutorials made it possible. I enjoyed every bit of the programme”
“I found the safeguarding section incredibly valuable. Before, I wasn’t fully confident about how to handle a concern, but now I feel equipped, confident, and clear about what steps to take.”
These are just a few of our learners’ journeys we’ve been a part of.
