About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Trainer & Tutor – Health & Social Care to join our team in Birmingham. You’ll deliver engaging, high-quality teaching and assessment across a range of Health and Social Care programmes, supporting learners to achieve their qualifications and reach their full potential.

This role offers a blend of home working and on-site delivery. We welcome applications for part-time hours or job share opportunities — flexibility is available for the right person or people.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver interactive and inspiring training sessions to learners and employers.
  • Support learners through their qualifications with clear communication and regular progress reviews.
  • Conduct workplace observations and provide constructive feedback.
